It is with a heavy heart that we must announce that GALAXY NIGHTCLUB II will not be taking place. 
This is a decision we’ve had to make with great sadness, but due to unforeseen circumstances, there is no other way.

What happened?
The owner of the nightclub recently received the devastating news that he has been diagnosed with cancer. He is currently undergoing several medical tests to check for potential metastasis, and a treatment plan involving chemotherapy is likely to follow.

At this moment, his health is not stable. He is suffering from severe dizziness and other physical symptoms. Additionally, the stress of helping to organize an event of this scale is something we cannot and will not put him through. His recovery and peace of mind are our absolute priority right now. We hope you understand that his health comes first.

What about tickets & sponsorpacks?
We want to handle this as fairly as possible for everyone involved. 
Tickets:
You can choose to receive a full refund, or you can choose to donate your ticket fee to support our VZW (non-profit) for future events.
T-shirts:
The shirts have already been delivered and we want to make sure they get to you. 
You can choose to:
- Have it shipped to your address.
- Have it shipped to another address.
- Pick it up in the Kortrijk region (Belgium).

The future of Furry Galaxy?
We took quite a heavy hit on our finances, but we are not giving up! Furry Galaxy is here to stay. We will look for a new event, location and a new date in the future, always keeping that cozy vibe in mind.

We are very sorry to have to share this bad news. Our thoughts are with the club owner, and we wish him a lot of strength.
