The nightclub
The Poco Loco is a small nightclub in Heule, not far from Kortrijk in Belgium! We already introduced the owner Eddy to some fursuits during a disney-themed evening and arranged to have the whole nightclub to ourselves for an evening! He never closed his nightclub for a private event in more than 10 years! We are the very first to have the opportunity to have the club to ourselves! Isn't that incredible?
There are 3 parts in the nightclub: the main dance area and bar, the covered terrace and the brand new outside area if you need to cool off! Talking about cooling off, the nightclub has big fans built-in into the ceiling so they will be blowing at full force to keep you space animals cool!
The bar
The bar offers a nice selection of drinks to keep you refreshed throughout the event. Eddy has made it possible for us to host this event affordably by partially covering costs for a DJ, bar staff, and security, so be sure to buy a few drinks or snacks at the bar. The bar accepts only cash or Payconiq!
Eddy’s cocktails are also highly recommended, so don’t miss the chance to try them out! He also offers little snacks like Croque Monsieur, crisps and sausages.
Lemonades and basic beers costs around €3, cocktails around €10 and snacks up to €5.
DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS! As this is a nightclub, you are not allowed to bring drinks inside the venue. It's also not allowed to drink in front of the nightclub.
The fursuit lounge
Depending on the final decisions of the city Kortrijk, we might move the fursuit lounge to a seperate tent outside to provide more space to chill out inside. The Poco Loco terrace got renovated recently, so now, the terrace is a bit bigger too! In case Kortrijk doesn't allow the tent, we will have a similar setup like last year.
The fursuit lounge is fursuiter-only. There are little snacks and sweets, and some tap water.
Please do not enter the fursuit lounge as non-fursuiter. This might result in being kicked out of the event. To reassure that fursuiters and their belongings are safe in the fursuit lounge, a camera will be placed at the entrance of the lounge and recordings will be kept in case there have been any issues.
